Solution:

  1. Ixtens consulting staff assisted the merchant in correctly listing their products in Amazon categories.  
  2. Ixtens located the best selling listings for the merchant to sell against based on sales rank per category.  And moved the customer products to these locations.
  3. Ixtens re-priced the products to a lower price, helping to win the buy box and increase sales.

Problem: Merchants had thousands of products listed on Amazon but they were listed as single detail pages instead of in variations.  Customer could not easily find the sizes and colors they wanted. The merchants own website had products correctly shown with color and size variations, but they could not easily map this data to Amazon.com flat files.

Solution:

  1. Ixtens created an automated solution for the Volusion API that allows the merchant to seamlessly list products in variations on Amazon.com
  2. Ixtens setup several re-pricing scenarios for the merchant which allowed them to A-B test, to maximize profits. Ixtens patent-pending ProfitSeeker, automatically adjusts product prices based on the merchants BuyBox percentage, featured merchant status, shipping costs, and the balance between profit and sales volume. 
  3. By automating daily processes the merchant has been able to add new products lines to their ecommerce stores helping to increase sales.
  4. Using promotions to up-sell the cart on Amazon, the merchant was able to increase their average order size.
